Who we are

What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and the message you write. Giving us these details is voluntary, but without an email address or phone number we cannot reply. We collect nothing else, and we do not use tracking cookies. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. That is the only purpose. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Where it goes
The website runs on Cloudflare. Form messages are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, to our email on Google Workspace. The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address to tell you apart from a bot. These providers may store data outside South Africa under their own safeguards, which offer protection comparable to POPIA.
How we keep it safe
Your details travel over an encrypted connection and are kept in password protected business accounts. Only the studio team can see them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not take further are deleted after 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as we need it for the work and our records.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is posted here with the date. This version: 4 October 2026.
